Project Manager

Whale Studio is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project management, client relationships, and team coordination in a remote setting. Whale Studio is a creative studio in the UAE market, part of an international group of companies with assets in various industries. We work remotely in the Dubai time zone (GMT+4) with a team spread across different countries.

• •Participate in processing incoming requests and conducting initial briefings.
• •Help identify requests, tasks, needs, and form client expectations.
• •Participate in preparing commercial proposals.
• •Assess timelines, resources, risks, and project economics.
• •Support the client during the agreement phase and project launch preparation.

• •Manage the full project lifecycle from client handover after presale to final delivery and project closure.
• •Control project structure, phases, milestones, and content considering client goals, team resources, and commercial constraints.
• •Adapt project processes to project specifics using RACI Matrix, Agile approaches, sprint planning, and other management tools.
• •Form project teams, allocate responsibilities, and organize effective interaction among all project participants.
• •Manage timelines, budget, team workload, and project profitability.
• •Coordinate work among clients, teams, and contractors, ensuring process transparency and timely decision-making.
• •Manage risks, changes in scope, priority conflicts, and emerging project constraints.
• •Work with Notion, TMetric, Google Workspace, Claude, ChatGPT, and other project and resource management tools.
• •Maintain project documentation, reporting, and financial accounting.
• •Analyze project process efficiency and participate in its development within the studio.

• •Act as the main point of contact between the studio and the client.
• •Understand the client's business, priorities, internal context, and key stakeholders.
• •Monitor changes in the client's business, new products, initiatives, and potential tasks.
• •Identify opportunities for further collaboration and participate in developing client projects in design, marketing, and performance.
• •Build trusting relationships that help turn one-time projects into long-term partnerships.
