Responsibilities
- β’Act as the central point of contact to translate internal organizational guidelines into clear, actionable SOPs for teams like Treasury, Finance, and Operations.
- β’Work closely with department leads to explain "what needs to be done and what cannot be done."
- β’Collaborate with Data Engineering and IT teams to define precise data structure requirements.
- β’Monitor implementation progress across teams, conduct routine checks, and maintain organized documentation.
- β’Identify process gaps where ownership is unclear and negotiate practical solutions.

Requirements
- β’3+ years of professional experience in Project Management, Business Process Consulting, Operational Audit, or Strategy Execution.
- β’Comfortable working with data structures, operational logs, and financial record-keeping concepts.
- β’Highly polite, articulate, and diplomatic with exceptional EQ.
- β’Pragmatic and detail-oriented with a strong drive to see projects through to completion.
- β’Professional fluency in English (both written and verbal).
