Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager to transform strategic ideas into operational processes, focusing on sales development in a hybrid work environment.
What you'll do
- β’Manage projects for the development of sales of settlement accounts (RKO): from idea formulation to implementation and scaling.
- β’Map and optimize business processes (including BPMN diagrams), identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
- β’Form a backlog of tasks for the cross-functional team (sales channels, IT, marketing, risk management), prioritize, assign responsibilities, and monitor execution.
- β’Manage IT improvements: write technical requirements, participate in architecture approval, control deadlines, escalate risks.
- β’Coordinate the work of management and digital sales channels: implement scripts, interfaces, tariffs, promotions, training.
- β’Analyze the effectiveness of implemented changes: conversions, CPA, timelines, customer churn β and adjust plans accordingly.
- β’Prepare presentations for management with justifications for initiatives, forecasts, and results.
