Project Manager FinTech

Join our team as a Senior Project Manager in FinTech, managing multiple projects from initiation to implementation, coordinating with stakeholders, and leading teams.

We invite you to join our team as a Project Manager in the Office of Digital Transformation.

## What you'll do

• •Manage a pool of 5-10 projects simultaneously from initiation to readiness for implementation.
• •Plan stages including pre-project research, roadmap, feasibility assessment, and RACI matrices.
• •Control timelines, resources, and quality at the pre-launch stage.
• •Coordinate with business clients, IT, and external teams in a holacratic structure.
• •Conduct regular status meetings and dashboard reports.
• •Manage expectations, risks, and changes.
• •Coordinate architects and analysts (resource planning, task distribution).
• •Ensure collaboration through Jira/Confluence and integrate AI for optimization.

## Conditions

• •Preferred location: Armenia, Cyprus, Russia.
• •Flexible business trips to Yerevan 2-3 times a month.
• •Flights and accommodation in a corporate apartment covered by the company.
• •Salary discussed individually.

• •At least 5 years of project management experience in banking/IT.
• •Successfully launched 5+ projects.
