Project Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Join Fireblocks as a Project Manager to lead complex projects in the digital assets and blockchain space, ensuring timely delivery and collaboration across teams. Must be fluent in English and Japanese. Fireblocks is an enterprise-grade platform delivering a secure infrastructure for moving, storing, and issuing digital assets & cryptocurrencies. We enable financial institutions to securely build, run and scale digital asset operations through the Fireblocks Network and MPC-based Wallet Infrastructure.

• •Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• •Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, aligning them with business objectives.
• •Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• •Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• •Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and customer success.
• •Communicate project status, risks, and progress effectively to executive leadership and clients.
• •Leverage technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams.
• •Understand enterprise software, APIs, and cloud solutions to ensure smooth project implementation.
