Requirements
- •2+ years of experience in operational management in digital/affiliate/fintech.
- •Understanding of the funnel: traffic → Telegram → personal messages → deposit → retention.
- •Knowledge of metrics: CPL, CPA, ROMI, CR in dialogue, CR in deposit, retention.
- •Experience managing a remote team.
- •Russian-speaking. Systematic thinking, ability to work in uncertainty.
