What you'll do
- โขLead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of DISPL's solutions for B2B clients and partners.
- โขDevelop, refine, and streamline implementation processes to ensure smooth onboarding and product integration.
- โขLead and coordinate the technical pre-sales process across all sales opportunities, including preparation of technical proposals and tender submissions.
- โขDevelop standard operating procedures (SOPs), manuals, and guidelines (with Support & Customer Success teams) for both internal teams and external partners.
- โขCollaborate with the product and support teams to identify opportunities for improvement in client experience.
