## What you'll do

• •Generate ideas and concepts for pre-landers/landers with media buyers.
• •Find and work on relevant news and celebrity topics for each country.
• •Release new creatives weekly, test, and refine them.
• •Participate in regular team meetings to share results and hypotheses.

## Conditions

• •High income level: competitive fixed part + bonuses (KPI bonuses for efficiency, % of profit).

• •Experience in providing media buyers with necessary promo materials and support.
• •Experience in traffic arbitration (crypto, forex, nutra) or financial creative projects is mandatory.
• •Creativity, openness to experiments, independence, and responsibility.
• •English proficiency from A2-B1.
