Overview
We are looking for a PSP Partnership Manager to develop payment infrastructure, find new payment partners, launch integrations, and enhance relationships with providers.
Responsibilities
- โขSearch, evaluate, and attract new PSPs and alternative payment methods (APM) for target markets
- โขFull cycle of negotiations: from initial contact to agreeing on commercial terms and signing agreements
- โขCoordinate the launch of new PSPs with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Compliance teams
- โขManage the partnership lifecycle: relationship development, terms review, and collaboration expansion
- โขAnalyze solution effectiveness: Approval Rate, Deposit Conversion, processing costs, service stability
- โขLaunch new payment methods, optimize infrastructure, increase conversion, and reduce payment costs
- โขMonitor the payment solutions market, participate in industry conferences, and develop a network of contacts
Requirements
- โข3+ years of experience with PSPs in iGaming, Gambling, FinTech, or another high-risk industry
- โขFull cycle of PSP integration: from search and negotiations to production launch
- โขExperience in commercial negotiations and partnership agreements
- โขUnderstanding of payment infrastructure, local payment methods, and specifics of CIS and/or LATAM markets
- โขAbility to analyze payment solutions through business metrics
- โขEnglish proficiency from B2
