Overview

We are looking for a PSP Partnership Manager to develop payment infrastructure, find new payment partners, launch integrations, and enhance relationships with providers.

Responsibilities

  • โ€ขFull cycle of negotiations: from initial contact to agreeing on commercial terms and signing agreements
  • โ€ขCoordinate the launch of new PSPs with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Compliance teams
  • โ€ขManage the partnership lifecycle: relationship development, terms review, and collaboration expansion
  • โ€ขAnalyze solution effectiveness: Approval Rate, Deposit Conversion, processing costs, service stability
  • โ€ขLaunch new payment methods, optimize infrastructure, increase conversion, and reduce payment costs
  • โ€ขMonitor the payment solutions market, participate in industry conferences, and develop a network of contacts

Requirements

  • โ€ข3+ years of experience with PSPs in iGaming, Gambling, FinTech, or another high-risk industry
  • โ€ขFull cycle of PSP integration: from search and negotiations to production launch
  • โ€ขExperience in commercial negotiations and partnership agreements
  • โ€ขUnderstanding of payment infrastructure, local payment methods, and specifics of CIS and/or LATAM markets
  • โ€ขAbility to analyze payment solutions through business metrics
  • โ€ขEnglish proficiency from B2
