Responsibilities
- •Development of co-pilot solutions based on RAG data and application of LLM
- •Development and integration of AI agents, exploring new interaction surfaces with AI
- •Development of microservices in Python as MCP tools.
- •Requirements analysis, formalization of functionality, design of agent and service interaction architecture
- •Participation in planning, task decomposition, complexity assessment, sprint planning based on SCRUM ceremonies
- •Conducting code reviews, maintaining high standards of code quality and cleanliness
- •Close collaboration with the team at all stages of development
- •Participation in preparation and release of releases, interaction with related departments.
- •Documentation of work and mentoring junior developers

Requirements
- •4+ years of commercial development experience in Python
- •Strong knowledge of Python 3.7+ (project uses 3.12+)
- •Understanding and successful application of design patterns (GoF, SOLID, GRASP)
- •Experience in conducting code reviews and working with GitFlow
- •Experience in developing agent systems using langchain, langgraph and successful implementation in a production environment
- •Experience in developing applications based on microservice architecture
- •Strong knowledge of SQL and understanding of relational DBMS principles (PostgreSQL)
- •Experience in writing unit tests
- •Experience in developing asynchronous applications in Python
- •Understanding of the application development lifecycle in the context of Agile
- •Important: Experience and willingness to work in a team, ability to argue decisions and negotiate
