## What you'll do

• •Review and propose improvements to specifications in the upstream development process.
• •Conduct comprehensive QA tasks from test planning, design, execution, to reporting.
• •Create and maintain product test design documents.
• •Propose improvements to the development process.

## Conditions

• •Compensation: 4,000,000 - 6,000,000 yen annually.
• •Monthly salary includes fixed overtime pay for 45 hours/month.
• •Additional legal overtime, night, and holiday work compensated separately.
• •Various allowances (commuting, remote work, etc.) provided separately.
• •Performance-based bonus available.
• •Full-time employment with no fixed term.
• •Probation period: 6 months, no changes to labor conditions.
• •Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, flextime system with core hours from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
• •Break time: 60 minutes.
• •No smoking indoors.
