• •Design, coordinate, and facilitate calibration sessions with evaluators and representatives from different business lines.
• •Analyze discrepancies and resolve disputed or escalated cases related to evaluation criteria.
• •Create, standardize, update, and document processes, SOPs, rubrics, criteria, and QA guidelines.
• •Design and maintain flowcharts and methodological documentation, ensuring traceability and version control.
• •Analyze indicators, calibration results, audits, and deviations to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• •Implement improvements and follow up on action plans derived from findings.
• •Ensure consistent application of quality criteria across different lines of business (LOBs).
• •Provide technical support to the QA Lead in standardization, calibration, and special project initiatives.
• •Represent the QA area in operational sessions when necessary.
• •Coordinate with QA Coordinators, QA Supervisors, and leaders from different areas to ensure proper adoption of criteria and processes.
• •Use data and metrics to support decisions and proposals for improvement.
• •Follow up on compliance with calibration plans, agreements, and methodological updates.
• •Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, process implementation, and change management.

• •Salary of $35,000 to $40,000 MXN gross monthly.
• •Annual bonus subject to the current scheme of the position.
