## What you'll do

• •Own the location-signal platform end to end.
• •Define quality standards, acceptance criteria, and enforcement rules.
• •Scale field staff check-ins with AI gating and escalation flows.
• •Integrate mystery audits and survey signals into a unified quality score.
• •Build dashboards and anomaly-detection logic with Data Engineering.
• •Partner with T&S on investigations and pattern detection.
• •Establish predictable coaching, penalties, and incentives.
• •Drive adoption of mandatory weekly submissions across all locations.

## Conditions

• •Salary range: $212,500 - $250,000, plus a competitive long-term incentive package.
