We are looking for a skilled Recruiter with experience in iGaming to join our recruitment agency. Work remotely and help build international teams across various digital technology sectors. GloryTech is a group of companies actively developing in several areas of digital technologies. We create cool international projects in various fields: iGaming, FinTech, AdTech, and Affiliate Marketing. We are expanding in over 15 countries worldwide, from Asia to Latin America, and are represented in both B2C and B2B markets.

• •Conduct the full recruitment cycle: from briefing with the client to supporting the candidate during the offer stage;
• •Work with external clients: build long-term partnerships and develop cooperation;
• •Actively search for candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram, HH.ru, and professional communities;
• •Conduct initial interviews, assess motivation and competencies, and prepare quality analytics on candidates;
• •Form and develop a candidate pool for different markets and projects;
• •Deeply immerse in the iGaming / FinTech / High Risk market to understand business requests accurately;
• •Manage client expectations and advise them on the market, timelines, and search strategies;
• •Participate in shaping processes and approaches within the agency.
