What you'll do
- •Manage the full recruitment cycle — from search strategy to successful placement
- •Work on complex Senior / Lead / C-level roles
- •Source and deeply assess candidates, including their experience, competencies, and motivation
- •Work directly with international clients: conduct briefs, define candidate profiles, and advise on hiring strategy
- •Manage and analyze recruitment funnels and improve processes based on data
- •Test new sourcing tools, channels, and approaches
- •Maintain candidate pipelines in Huntflow and contribute to our Notion knowledge base
