Sei Foundation is hiring a Recruiter in NYC to support hiring for their Web3 team.

The role involves sourcing and hiring Web3 talent globally.

Sei is the first parallelized layer 1 blockchain, setting a new standard in blockchain performance and scalability.

Apps on Sei benefit from both the performance of web2 and the decentralization and sovereignty of web3.

## What you'll do

• •Identify, engage, and close top tier Web3 talent globally.
• •Run personalized outbound campaigns to passive talent.
• •Build and maintain pipelines across multiple open roles.
• •Work closely with the hiring team to understand role requirements.
• •Act as a candidate’s first point of contact.
• •Track sourcing metrics and iterate based on results.
• •Coordinate recruiting activities including scheduling.

• •Experience recruiting within a web3 startup.
• •Deep understanding of the Web3 talent market.
• •Strong research and outreach skills.
• •Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• •History of building relationships with hiring managers.
• •Passion for crypto and its impact on finance.
• •Resourceful and proactive.
• •Experience working independently in a hybrid environment.
• •Comfortable using sourcing tools.
