We are expanding our team and looking for a recruiter to help find strong specialists with experience in poker and related iGaming fields.
What you'll do
- •Active candidate search through LinkedIn, Telegram, communities, referrals, and personal network;
- •Search for specialists in various areas: Operations, Product, Marketing, Affiliate, CRM, VIP, Support, Payments, Tech, and others;
- •Communicate with candidates from the first message to handover to the team;
- •Initial screening: experience, motivation, expectations, relevance to the project;
- •Maintain candidate funnel, database, statuses, and reporting;
- •Constant market analysis, building a talent map, and forming a pool of potential candidates.
