You'll keep dozens of moving parts in sync, bring order to ambiguity, and make every candidate and hiring partner feel like they're our only priority. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • โ€ขOwn the end-to-end candidate experience, making every interaction from first touch to final decision, feel seamless, human, and high-touch
  • โ€ขCoordinate and schedule interviews across complex calendars, time zones, and competing priorities, keeping things moving at speed
  • โ€ขServe as a trusted partner to recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers, anticipating needs, communicating proactively, and making their jobs easier
  • โ€ขOperate independently in ambiguity: spot gaps, make judgment calls, and create structure where none exists yet
  • โ€ขIdentify, initiate, and drive projects that improve and scale our recruiting processes as the team grows
  • โ€ขManage logistics, administrative tasks, and ad-hoc recruiting support with accuracy and urgency
  • โ€ขContinuously look for ways to raise the bar on both the external candidate experience and the internal stakeholder experience

WHAT YOU BRING

  • โ€ข2โ€“4 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • โ€ขComfort operating in ambiguity. You take initiative, make decisions with incomplete information, and don't wait to be told what to do
  • โ€ขA natural high-velocity operator who moves quickly without sacrificing accuracy or attention to detail
  • โ€ขExceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously without losing the thread
  • โ€ขStrong verbal and written communication skills, with proactive, clear, and warm follow-through
  • โ€ขAbility to work independently and collaboratively, adapting fast in a rapidly changing startup environment
  • โ€ขProficiency with various ATSs (Ashby preferred)
