## What you'll do

• •Hunt down great candidates across technical and non-technical roles
• •Build and nurture pipelines we can tap into now and later
• •Run market maps to understand where top talent lives
• •Partner with recruiters to calibrate on profiles and refine searches
• •Keep a pulse on pipeline health and sourcing performance
• •Help keep interviews running smoothly (scheduling, comms, logistics)
• •Own data hygiene in our ATS (clean data = better hiring)
• •Spot inefficiencies and help us tighten up our recruiting processes
• •Pull basic reports and share insights on what’s working / not working
• •Pitch in wherever needed — we’re a small, fast-moving team

• •1–3 years in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or recruiting ops
• •Super organized and detail-oriented (you don’t drop balls)
• •Curious and resourceful — you figure things out quickly
• •Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• •Strong communicator (clear, concise, and candidate-friendly)
• •Bonus if you live in the San Francisco Bay Area for accessibility to our SF office
