SelfStartGlobal seeks a Reels Maker to create engaging short videos for social media, working remotely with a flexible schedule.

## What you'll do

• •Generate ideas and scripts for Reels
• •Develop concepts and visual solutions for short videos
• •Organize remote shoots and assist with filming
• •Full production cycle: editing, color correction, sound, subtitles, graphics
• •Prepare and publish content (texts, hashtags, timing)
• •Publish 4-7 Reels per week on Instagram
• •Analyze metrics and optimize content
• •Participate in meetings and maintain reports

• •3+ years of experience as a Reels Maker/Videographer
• •Experience creating social media content

• •Understanding of Instagram Reels algorithms and video trends
• •Ability to analyze metrics and adapt content
• •Knowledge of storytelling, viral content structure, and hooks
