• •Directly lead a team of approximately 20 Ambassadors Supervisors, providing coaching, feedback, and continuous performance monitoring.
• •Ensure the achievement of key indicators such as completed deliveries, punctuality, and customer satisfaction.
• •Resolve operational incidents and challenges in the field to maintain continuity of daily operations.
• •Implement new procedures and ensure clear communication of operational updates.
• •Report complex cases (absences, underperformance, critical errors) to the corresponding areas (HR, Product, Logistics).
• •Plan and manage ambassador coverage, route assignment, and territory distribution based on team performance and capacity.
• •Identify high-potential supervisors and propose promotions or role adjustments in coordination with leadership.
• •Gather insights and feedback from the field, sharing relevant information with Regional Heads for strategic decision-making.
• •Ensure consistent application of internal policies and correct use of systems and tools (Radar, app, SOPs).
