We work closely with protocol teams, L2s, and ZK projects to help design, review, and secure cutting-edge decentralized systems.
What you'll do
- โขOwn early business development across Spain and Iberia.
- โขBuild relationships with relevant operators, technology partners, distributors, payment providers, and commercial location owners.
- โขIdentify high-value pilot opportunities in vending, unattended retail, and adjacent self-service environments.
- โขHelp secure early commercial commitments, pilot agreements, and partner conversations.
- โขWork closely with the founder on local market development, customer feedback, and commercial priorities.
- โขCoordinate meetings, demos, partner follow-up, and early customer conversations.
- โขTranslate market feedback into clear product and operational requirements.
- โขSupport early deployment planning, partner success, field coordination, and local operations.
- โขHelp create the foundation for a future regional sales and operations team.
- โขRepresent the company locally with a high degree of ownership and professionalism.
Requirements
- โขDirect experience in at least one of the following is required:
- โขVending machines
- โขUnattended retail
- โขPayments, POS, or merchant services
- โขConvenience retail
- โขMicro-markets
- โขCoffee vending or office coffee service
- โขRetail automation
- โขSelf-service kiosks
- โขAutomated retail hardware or related technology
- โขStrong network in Spain or Iberia across relevant operators, partners, distributors, retailers, or technology providers.
- โขAbility to sell and operate in a hardware-plus-software environment.
- โขAbility to understand business and technical conversations around machines, payments, service, inventory, and operations.
- โขSpanish fluency required.
- โขProfessional English required.
- โขWillingness to travel across Spain, Portugal, and other relevant Iberian markets.
- โขComfortable working in an early-stage startup with limited structure and high autonomy.
- โขStrong communication skills with founders, customers, technical teams, and senior external partners.
