We work closely with protocol teams, L2s, and ZK projects to help design, review, and secure cutting-edge decentralized systems.

What you'll do

  • โ€ขOwn early business development across Spain and Iberia.
  • โ€ขBuild relationships with relevant operators, technology partners, distributors, payment providers, and commercial location owners.
  • โ€ขIdentify high-value pilot opportunities in vending, unattended retail, and adjacent self-service environments.
  • โ€ขHelp secure early commercial commitments, pilot agreements, and partner conversations.
  • โ€ขWork closely with the founder on local market development, customer feedback, and commercial priorities.
  • โ€ขCoordinate meetings, demos, partner follow-up, and early customer conversations.
  • โ€ขTranslate market feedback into clear product and operational requirements.
  • โ€ขSupport early deployment planning, partner success, field coordination, and local operations.
  • โ€ขHelp create the foundation for a future regional sales and operations team.
  • โ€ขRepresent the company locally with a high degree of ownership and professionalism.

Requirements

  • โ€ขDirect experience in at least one of the following is required:
  • โ€ขVending machines
  • โ€ขUnattended retail
  • โ€ขPayments, POS, or merchant services
  • โ€ขConvenience retail
  • โ€ขMicro-markets
  • โ€ขCoffee vending or office coffee service
  • โ€ขRetail automation
  • โ€ขSelf-service kiosks
  • โ€ขAutomated retail hardware or related technology
  • โ€ขStrong network in Spain or Iberia across relevant operators, partners, distributors, retailers, or technology providers.
  • โ€ขAbility to sell and operate in a hardware-plus-software environment.
  • โ€ขAbility to understand business and technical conversations around machines, payments, service, inventory, and operations.
  • โ€ขSpanish fluency required.
  • โ€ขProfessional English required.
  • โ€ขWillingness to travel across Spain, Portugal, and other relevant Iberian markets.
  • โ€ขComfortable working in an early-stage startup with limited structure and high autonomy.
  • โ€ขStrong communication skills with founders, customers, technical teams, and senior external partners.
