Join Anchorage as a Regional Institutional Manager to drive growth in Latin America by developing relationships with financial institutions in the digital asset space, focusing on stablecoins. Responsibilities
- β’Originate and develop high value financial institution client relationships.
- β’Generate new revenue opportunities and drive organic revenue by growing and protecting wallet share.
- β’Develop account plans and strategies to drive revenue growth.
- β’Build and maintain a robust pipeline using our CRM system.
- β’Help drive broader sales efforts around stablecoin issuance and cross border settlement strategy.
- β’Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of treasury clients.
- β’Structure and negotiate bespoke, multi-product commercial agreements.
- β’Lead client or product specific campaigns or projects that will drive new business.

Requirements
- β’Direct industry experience in financial services; within a bank, payment service provider, clearing network.
- β’Strong technical knowledge and passion for stablecoins and banking.
- β’Apply analytical and problem solving skills to identify ways to leverage the Anchorage platform.
- β’Originate and close a pipeline of opportunities related to stablecoins.
- β’Excellent communication skills and sales acumen.
- β’Fluent command of English and fluency in regional language(s) preferred.
