What you'll do
- •Manage 3–6 local CEOs and develop the regional portfolio.
- •Formulate strategies for entering and scaling new GEOs.
- •Control P&L, GGR, NGR, ROI, CPA, Retention, and investment efficiency.
- •Build processes between marketing, product, finance, and operations teams.
- •Participate in selecting and developing CEOs for new projects.
- •Work with investors and defend the regional development strategy.
Conditions
- •Fixed income + percentage of results from all projects in the region (multi-brand model).
