What You’ll Do

  • •Refurbish gaming equipment parts according to repair and reconditioning standards.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair PC boards, sub-assemblies, and related depot repair items.
  • •Use diagnostic tools and repair procedures to identify failures and confirm repairs.
  • •Use technical manuals to troubleshoot and repair parts.
  • •Perform other duties as assigned.

  • •Estimated starting compensation range: $20/hr– $24/hr USD.

Required Qualifications

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •At least 1–3 years of hands-on work experience in repair, production, assembly, product testing, technical support, or a related field.
  • •Basic PC skills and ability to use Microsoft Office or similar tools.
  • •Ability to follow technical manuals, work instructions, and repair procedures.
  • •Willingness to learn depot repair processes, tools, and systems.
  • •Attention to detail and ability to complete repairs accurately.
  • •Good communication skills and ability to work well with teammates, internal customers, and support teams.
  • •Able to manage assigned work and complete tasks on time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • •Certificate or associate degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent experience.
  • •Ability to read and interpret schematics.
  • •Experience working with gaming equipment, electronic components, or repair depot processes.
  • •Soldering capability, including surface-mount and through-hole components.
  • •Experience using advanced electronic test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, or diagnostic fixtures.
  • •Experience with parts handling, inventory support, equipment handling, or repair support processes.
  • •Experience with SAP or similar business systems.
