What You’ll Do
- •Refurbish gaming equipment parts according to repair and reconditioning standards.
- •Troubleshoot and repair PC boards, sub-assemblies, and related depot repair items.
- •Use diagnostic tools and repair procedures to identify failures and confirm repairs.
- •Use technical manuals to troubleshoot and repair parts.
- •Perform other duties as assigned.

- •Estimated starting compensation range: $20/hr– $24/hr USD.

Required Qualifications
- •High school diploma or equivalent.
- •At least 1–3 years of hands-on work experience in repair, production, assembly, product testing, technical support, or a related field.
- •Basic PC skills and ability to use Microsoft Office or similar tools.
- •Ability to follow technical manuals, work instructions, and repair procedures.
- •Willingness to learn depot repair processes, tools, and systems.
- •Attention to detail and ability to complete repairs accurately.
- •Good communication skills and ability to work well with teammates, internal customers, and support teams.
- •Able to manage assigned work and complete tasks on time.
Preferred Qualifications
- •Certificate or associate degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent experience.
- •Ability to read and interpret schematics.
- •Experience working with gaming equipment, electronic components, or repair depot processes.
- •Soldering capability, including surface-mount and through-hole components.
- •Experience using advanced electronic test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, or diagnostic fixtures.
- •Experience with parts handling, inventory support, equipment handling, or repair support processes.
- •Experience with SAP or similar business systems.
