What you will do
- •Contribute to the protection of our customers through the implementation of our Responsible Gambling and overall compliance strategy.
- •Train your team to have a sound understanding of the business and our products.
- •Plan and work towards defined goals, and manage controllable costs.
- •Ensure you and your team maintain high shop standards.
- •Follow our recruitment, induction, and ongoing learning and development processes.
- •Complete shop rotas.
- •Support your wider area team, e.g. investigations, formal meetings, lead roles.
