Conditions
- •Base salary: €2,500 gross/month
- •Once reaching $100,000 in turnover, the base salary increases to €3,000.
- •Bonus structure (percentage of turnover):
- •$0 – $50,000 → 7%
- •$50,000 – $100,000 → 8%
- •$100,000 – $200,000 → 9%
- •$200,000 – $300,000 → 10%
- •$300,000+ → 11%
- •Payments:
- •Base salary — paid on the 1st of each month
- •Bonuses — paid on the 15th of each month
- •Relocation package may be offered for strong candidates;
- •Preference is given to EU citizens, candidates already based in Cyprus, and local residents.
