Retention Manager

We are looking for a Retention Manager to build and develop our CRM and retention strategies from scratch, focusing on user communication and retention mechanics.

• •Conduct an audit of current user communications and CRM processes.
• •Build CRM and retention direction practically from scratch.
• •Develop a communication strategy for different user segments.
• •Create and launch email, push, and other retention chains.
• •Develop retention, reactivation, and user return mechanics.
• •Work with audience segmentation and communication personalization.
• •Analyze the effectiveness of CRM activities and identify growth points.
• •In the future, form your own team and develop the direction as a separate function within the company.

• •3+ years of experience in CRM Marketing / Retention Marketing.
• •Experience in Poker, Casino, Betting, or other iGaming areas.
• •Basic knowledge of HTML and email layout.
• •Experience in independently building CRM processes and communication scenarios.
• •Deep understanding of retention mechanics and user lifecycle.
• •Practical experience in audience segmentation and communication personalization.
• •Understanding of the technical side of CRM tools and processes.
• •Ability to independently build processes and take responsibility for results.
