  • Work with audience segmentation and communication personalization.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of CRM activities and identify growth points.
  • In the future, form your own team and develop the direction as a separate function within the company.

Requirements

  • Confident written and spoken English.

  • Experience in Poker, Casino, Betting, or other iGaming areas.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and email layout.
  • Experience in independently building CRM processes and communication scenarios.
  • Deep understanding of retention mechanics and user lifecycle.
  • Practical experience in audience segmentation and communication personalization.
  • Understanding of the technical side of CRM tools and processes.
  • Ability to independently build processes and take responsibility for results.
