Overview
Join an international iGaming project as a Retention Manager. Work remotely with a strong team on CRM strategies for global markets. We are an international iGaming project with over 6 years of experience in the market. We are currently expanding and looking for a strong specialist to join our CRM team to work with international markets!
What you'll do
- •Develop and build automated scenarios (Customer Journey) in Email, Push, SMS, In-app channels
- •Work with the promo plan, promotions, and setup of ready-made bonus mechanics for audience segments
- •Conduct A/B tests of offers and hypotheses, analyze key metrics (Open Rate, CTR, Churn, LTV)
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, and analytics teams (set tasks)
- •Make basic edits to HTML/CSS email templates as needed
