Responsibilities
- β’Build retention strategy from scratch: player segmentation, lifecycle, loyalty program
- β’Develop and launch bonus mechanics, promotions, tournaments for different markets
- β’Manage VIP players directly: personal offers, feedback, retention
- β’Set up CRM communications (email, push) by segments and triggers
- β’Analyze churn, LTV, DAU/MAU and promptly suggest improvement measures
- β’Test hypotheses with the team and scale successful mechanics
- β’Participate in shaping product and marketing strategy

Requirements
Requirements
- β’Experience in retention / CRM in iGaming for at least 2 years
- β’Understanding of player lifecycle, retention psychology, and bonus economics
- β’Experience with CRM platforms
- β’Ability to work with data: segmentation in Excel/SQL at a basic analyst level
- β’English / Spanish
- β’Willingness to build processes from scratch without ready-made instructions and a large team
