Description

What you'll do

  • β€’Own and maintain Salesforce, including custom objects, reports, dashboards, and data management.
  • β€’Lead the rationalization of the Salesforce instance by cutting redundant fields, dead reports, and unused objects.
  • β€’Drive CRM data hygiene and governance through standardization, deduplication, and quality controls.
  • β€’Build self-serve pipeline reporting and dashboards so leadership can access accurate deal flow data without manual pulls.
  • β€’Partner with Sales, FP&A, and Data Science to identify and close gaps in pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.
  • β€’Use Claude and other AI tools to surface data gaps, automate reporting workflows, and make CRM insights more accessible across the business.

Requirements

  • β€’3+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations in a fast-growing tech company.
  • β€’Hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including custom objects, reporting, dashboards, and data management.
  • β€’Experience optimizing or rationalizing a Salesforce instance and owning CRM governance end-to-end.
  • β€’CRM strategy and optimization thinking, able to assess current state, identify gaps, and drive improvements.
  • β€’Strong understanding of pipeline reporting, sales metrics, and revenue forecasting.
  • β€’Ability to translate CRM insights into clear reporting for sales leadership and executives.
  • β€’Strong async communicator in a remote-first environment.
