Description
Job Responsibilities
- β’**Sales Process Optimization:** Maintain sales process documentation and playbooks. Identify high-impact opportunities for automation within the sales funnel.
- β’**Revenue Analytics & Insights:** Update and maintain existing operational dashboards. Implement AI-assisted automations to generate insights to leadership.
- β’**Sales Strategy & Planning:** Provide data and analysis to support strategic planning and the annual operations roadmap.
- β’**Sales Forecasting & Pipeline Management:** Contribute to the weekly forecasting process by validating data. Enhance forecast accuracy using automated signal-tracking and pipeline hygiene triggers.
- β’**Commercial Operations & Standardization:** Ideate, build and execute sales plays and growth strategies that are scalable and support business objectives.
- β’**CRM & Tech Stack Management:** Serve as a go-to resource for day-to-day Hubspot CRM support. Actively use AI tools to solution-build, troubleshoot logic, and automate repetitive admin tasks within the tech stack.
- β’**Sales Enablement:** Support sales enablement initiatives by updating training materials and maintaining the sales collateral library.
- β’**Lead Management:** Administer day-to-day lead assignment and routing processes. Develop "agentic" routing logic that adapts to seller capacity and lead quality signals.
- β’**Data Integrity & Governance:** Execute regular data cleanup tasks. Use advanced queries and scripts to automate the detection of data inconsistencies before they impact reporting.
- β’**Commission Administration:** Handle administrative tasks for sales incentive plans by pulling performance data and preparing reports for calculation and review.
- β’**Programme & Project Management:** Contribute to operational projects by completing assigned tasks, tracking progress, and providing status updates.

Requirements
Job Requirements
- β’**Proven Ability:** 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a similar analytical role with at least 1 year in a customer facing role.
- β’**Education:** Bachelorβs degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field is a plus.
- β’**Product Knowledge:** Good understanding of CoinGecko products, customer needs, and the crypto/blockchain landscape.
- β’**Process & Systems Knowledge:** Good understanding of B2B sales processes and funnels and experience working within established operational systems.
- β’**Familiarity with RevOps Tools:** Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot), strong skills in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and exposure to adjacent systems like Xero, B2B Data Tools, Marketing Platforms and BI systems.
- β’**Familiarity with AI and Workflow Automations:** Experience building and launching programs with Zapier, n8n, Claude, Gemini and Google App Script.
- β’**Analytical Skills:** Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, organize, and report on data accurately and efficiently.
- β’**Project Management:** Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage assigned tasks, prioritize work effectively, and meet deadlines.
