RevOps Manager

Polygon Labs seeks a RevOps Manager to enhance revenue operations, focusing on scalable systems and cross-functional alignment.

Polygon Labs is a global blockchain payments company building and operating infrastructure to move money instantly, reliably, and at internet scale, with the mission to move all money onchain.

It is building the Polygon Open Money Stack, an open and integrated stack of services and technologies to instantly and reliably move money anywhere, and put it to work.

## What you'll do

• •Own the operational guardrails around pricing and deal flow.
• •Build and maintain HubSpot for revenue workflows.
• •Ensure deal data in HubSpot is accurate for reliable forecasting.
• •Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product to streamline revenue workflows.
• •Establish scalable operational processes to improve revenue velocity.

• •6–10+ years of experience in revenue operations or similar fields.
• •Strong experience with CRM systems like HubSpot.

• •Solid analytical skills with tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms.
