Description
Responsibilities
- β’Make outbound calls and write to potential clients (including cold contacts) to schedule initial meetings;
- β’Participate in client meetings with the company director, gradually taking on communication;
- β’Identify client needs and help select solutions for their tasks;
- β’Maintain correspondence with clients, keep in touch, and move deals through the pipeline;
- β’Work with CRM: record activity, update statuses, and manage the client database;
- β’Participate in relevant events and conferences with the team;
Conditions
- β’Income: fixed salary of 60,000 RUB net + transparent bonuses for results after the probation period;
- β’Office work in Tula, possible business trips to Moscow;
- β’Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
- β’Schedule 5/2, 9:00β18:00, flexible lunch;
