What you'll do
- •Initially work as a manager — make several personal sales to understand the product from the inside.
- •Recruit a team of 5-9 people - document current business processes, identify bottlenecks, and recruit a team with HR.
- •Set up processes: manage the department, train, and implement process adjustments (scripts, CRM, motivation).
- •Lead the department to planned performance indicators.
Conditions
- •Income. In the first 2 months, income will depend on your personal results, then a fixed salary + high percentage of sales. No ceiling. Plus monthly and annual bonuses.
- •Schedule. Mon-Fri, 8:00–17:00 MSK. Sat-Sun at home.
- •Vacation. A large winter vacation from December 25 to February 1 + additional paid vacations throughout the year, totaling another month.
- •Format. Fully remote. Work from anywhere.
- •Official employment. According to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, sick leaves (even up to 100% if you work), vacations.
