What you'll do

  • •Initially work as a manager — make several personal sales to understand the product from the inside.
  • •Recruit a team of 5-9 people - document current business processes, identify bottlenecks, and recruit a team with HR.
  • •Set up processes: manage the department, train, and implement process adjustments (scripts, CRM, motivation).
  • •Lead the department to planned performance indicators.

  • •Schedule. Mon-Fri, 8:00–17:00 MSK. Sat-Sun at home.
