We are looking for a proactive and resilient Sales Development Representative to help us build a scalable outbound sales machine. You will play a key role in creating a systematic, performance-driven outbound pipeline for our B2B business.
What you'll do
- โขBuild and maintain a high-volume outbound pipeline: research target companies and decision-makers across multiple verticals
- โขExecute daily outbound outreach
- โขWork strictly within Salesforce as a single source of truth: upload leads, track activities, maintain clean CRM data, and follow defined processes
- โขPre-qualify leads before handing them over to the Sales Manager
- โขSchedule DEMO meetings for the Sales team
- โขFollow structured outreach and follow-up sequences: run multi-step follow-ups, handle written objections, and iterate messaging based on results
- โขCollaborate closely with Sales leadership
- โขParticipate in daily/weekly syncs, receive feedback, and continuously improve conversion rates
