• •Proactively own and execute strategic ABM outbound prospecting campaigns targeting Enterprise and Strategic accounts.
• •Multi-thread into target accounts to build relationships across multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
• •Maintain a high volume of quality activity, including 80+ calls per day, while achieving strong performance metrics including connect rates, meaningful conversations, email reply rates, and meeting conversion rates.
• •Book qualified meetings that convert into pipeline for Account Executives.
• •Leverage AI-powered sales tools to enhance prospecting efficiency, personalize outreach at scale, and identify high-intent signals.
• •Research and identify key personas within target accounts to develop hyper-personalized outreach strategies.
• •Utilize a multi-channel approach including cold calling, email sequences, and social selling (LinkedIn) to engage prospects.
• •Partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing to meticulously execute coordinated sales plays and outbound campaigns, ensuring tight alignment and rapid feedback.
• •Maintain meticulous records in the CRM with detailed prospect notes, activities, and account intelligence.
