Description
What you'll do
- •Partner closely with Business Development as the technical subject matter expert, joining partner conversations to articulate Aave’s capabilities and shape integration approaches.
- •Support pre-integration scoping by helping partners visualize how Aave fits into their existing stack and broader product strategy.
- •Act as the primary technical point of contact throughout integration design, build, and deployment.
- •Design and document reference architectures, SDK templates, and integration patterns that reduce friction and accelerate partner adoption.
- •Build and test proofs of concept, demos, and example integrations that showcase best practices and unlock partner momentum.
- •Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during integration, ensuring smooth launches and strong post-deployment performance.
- •Work closely with Engineering and Product to relay partner needs, surface technical insights, and influence roadmap priorities.
- •Keep internal stakeholders aligned on timelines, dependencies, and progress across multiple concurrent partner integrations.
Requirements
- •4+ years of experience in solutions architecture, partner engineering, or blockchain development, ideally within Fintech, Crypto, or Web3.
- •Strong technical fluency and the ability to understand and read Solidity and Rust (hands-on coding experience is a plus).
- •Proven ability to translate business goals and partner requirements into clear, scalable technical designs.
- •Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- •Comfort managing multiple partner integrations simultaneously, operating autonomously, and maintaining momentum across projects.
- •A strong curiosity for DeFi and a genuine enthusiasm for how open financial infrastructure is evolving.
