Description

What you'll do

  • Identify and onboard new retail traders through direct outreach and digital community engagement.
  • Manage and scale a network of affiliates, influencers, and trading groups to drive consistent referral traffic.
  • Optimize the user journey to increase the conversion rate from registration to active trading.
  • Develop and execute retail initiatives such as trading competitions, deposit bonuses, and educational webinars.
  • Monitor retail market trends and competitor activity to ensure the platform remains the top choice for individual traders.
  • Act as the voice of the retail user by providing feedback to product teams for feature improvements.
  • Track and report on growth KPIs including new active users, retail deposits, and retention.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail sales, growth, or community management within the crypto or fintech space.
  • Strong knowledge of crypto derivatives, including perpetual swaps and margin trading.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial products in simple, engaging terms for a retail audience.
  • Active presence and networking skills within platforms like Telegram, Discord, and X.
  • Proven track record of hitting aggressive user growth and acquisition targets.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a remote-first, global team.
