Description
What you'll do
- •Identify and onboard new retail traders through direct outreach and digital community engagement.
- •Manage and scale a network of affiliates, influencers, and trading groups to drive consistent referral traffic.
- •Optimize the user journey to increase the conversion rate from registration to active trading.
- •Develop and execute retail initiatives such as trading competitions, deposit bonuses, and educational webinars.
- •Monitor retail market trends and competitor activity to ensure the platform remains the top choice for individual traders.
- •Act as the voice of the retail user by providing feedback to product teams for feature improvements.
- •Track and report on growth KPIs including new active users, retail deposits, and retention.

Requirements
- •Experience in retail sales, growth, or community management within the crypto or fintech space.
- •Strong knowledge of crypto derivatives, including perpetual swaps and margin trading.
- •Ability to communicate complex financial products in simple, engaging terms for a retail audience.
- •Active presence and networking skills within platforms like Telegram, Discord, and X.
- •Proven track record of hitting aggressive user growth and acquisition targets.
- •Self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a remote-first, global team.
