What you'll do

  • •Process incoming requests and prepare proposals
  • •Manage the deal from first contact to signed contract (cycle 2–8 months)
  • •Find and connect B2B partners
  • •Work with cold leads: calls, meetings, warming up
  • •Conduct meetings at sites and presentations in the showroom
  • •Maintain CRM (Bitrix)

Conditions

  • •Salary: 80,000 ₽ during the probation period → 100,000 ₽ after
  • •% from project margin: 3–5% (margin from 40%)
  • •Bonus for connected B2B partner: 15,000 ₽ (plan 5–10 per month)
