What you'll do
- •Process incoming requests and prepare proposals
- •Manage the deal from first contact to signed contract (cycle 2–8 months)
- •Find and connect B2B partners
- •Work with cold leads: calls, meetings, warming up
- •Conduct meetings at sites and presentations in the showroom
- •Maintain CRM (Bitrix)
Conditions
- •Salary: 80,000 ₽ during the probation period → 100,000 ₽ after
- •% from project margin: 3–5% (margin from 40%)
- •Bonus for connected B2B partner: 15,000 ₽ (plan 5–10 per month)
- •Hybrid format, office at Rublevskoe Highway, 52A
- •Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, vacation and sick leave
