What you'll do
- •Engage with clients to help them choose their ideal trip
- •Respond promptly to incoming messages (within 10-15 minutes during working hours)
- •Work with a database of existing and potential clients, seeking new leads
- •Prepare statistical reports
- •Assist clients during the booking process: draft contracts, collect payments, and provide organizational details
- •Meet monthly sales targets
- •Approach sales creatively, testing hypotheses and proposing ideas
- •Understand client needs and adapt communication accordingly
- •Identify patterns in client requests and share insights with marketing and SMM
- •Participate in testing new sales mechanics and communications
- •Suggest ideas for content and client database management
Conditions
- •Salary depends on profit influenced by your work and target achievement: fixed 50,000 ₽ + % from sales. Expected income after adaptation is usually 90,000–130,000 ₽ per month, with potential for more if targets are exceeded
