## What you'll do
- •Actively search and attract new merchants in high/middle-risk verticals.
- •Sell and present PSP/cascade/crypto solutions.
- •Manage the full deal cycle from cold contact to launch.
- •Analyze client business models and identify optimal payment scenarios.
- •Conduct negotiations, prepare commercial offers, and conclude contracts.
- •Support and develop attracted merchants, optimizing their payment flows.
- •Monitor the international payments market and seek new opportunities.
- •Interact with internal teams: support, business development, accounting, etc.
- •Meet KPIs for connected merchants and turnover.
Requirements
- •Experience as a Sales Manager in PSP.
- •Experience in client search and acquisition across various geographies.
- •Negotiation and deal-closing skills with merchants.
- •English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
