## What you'll do

  • Sell and present PSP/cascade/crypto solutions.
  • Manage the full deal cycle from cold contact to launch.
  • Analyze client business models and identify optimal payment scenarios.
  • Conduct negotiations, prepare commercial offers, and conclude contracts.
  • Support and develop attracted merchants, optimizing their payment flows.
  • Monitor the international payments market and seek new opportunities.
  • Interact with internal teams: support, business development, accounting, etc.
  • Meet KPIs for connected merchants and turnover.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Sales Manager in PSP.
  • Experience in client search and acquisition across various geographies.
  • Negotiation and deal-closing skills with merchants.
  • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
