Sales Manager (Remote)

Drinks Factory is looking for a Sales Manager to handle deals from initial contact to payment, focusing on results in a remote setting. Drinks Factory is a manufacturer of functional beverages.

• •Process incoming requests: respond quickly, qualify, and close deals.
• •Actively search for and attract new clients (cold/warm contacts).
• •Work with our databases: develop existing clients, reactivate dormant ones, and repeat sales.
• •Conduct negotiations, presentations, prepare commercial offers, and agree on terms.
• •Support clients until the first/repeat delivery and develop long-term relationships.
• •Manage the sales funnel and reporting (CRM/spreadsheets), meet targets.

• •Remote work format with rare meetings with management.
• •Salary: Moscow/Saint Petersburg — 50,000 ₽, Regions — 40,000 ₽.
• •Commission from sales (transparent motivation).
• •Average total income 100,000–120,000 ₽ (salary + commission), no upper limit — depends on results.
