Join our arbitration team as a Sales Manager to enhance retention efforts and manage client relationships with a stable income starting from $2000.

We are an arbitration team with 4 years of experience, our own traffic, and a systematic infrastructure.

We are strengthening our retention direction and looking for a manager who can handle volume, retain clients, and systematically drive repeat deposits.

## What you'll do

• •Work with the database and retain it.
• •Drive and increase repeat deposits (RD).
• •Sell through live dialogue and understanding lead psychology.
• •Meet targets and control personal metrics.

## Conditions

• •Stable income from $2000+.
• •Growth in income and position within the team.
• •Strong team without chaos and bureaucracy.
• •Work schedule: 17:00–05:00 (MSK) in a 7/0 mode.
• •No training provided — only experienced specialists considered.

• •Experience in schematic traffic for at least 6 months.
• •Understanding of RD logic and working with repeat deposits.
• •Ability to sell without template scripts.
• •Willingness to work night shifts.
