What you'll do
- •Online consultations with clients via chats and phone (incoming calls only, no cold calls)
- •Consultations and sales in the showroom
- •Thoughtful upselling without pressure, beneficial for the client
- •Guiding the client through all stages: from the first contact to order receipt
- •Processing and accounting of orders
- •Maintaining order in the sales area and on displays
- •Deep knowledge of the assortment and understanding of the product
Conditions
- •4,000 ₽ per shift + % from showroom sales + individual KPIs
- •Cozy space and a young, motivated team
- •Work format in the showroom in Moscow, schedule 2/2, from 12:00 to 22:00, 2nd Baumanskaya St., 9/23s3 ("Supermetal")
