Seedify is seeking a Sales Onboarding Specialist to drive project onboarding and accelerate ecosystem growth in the Web3 space.

## What you'll do

• •Identify high-potential Web3 projects across different genres.
• •Engage founders via cold outreach, networking, and ecosystem connections.
• •Pitch Seedify’s value proposition clearly and persuasively.
• •Negotiate terms and guide partners toward successful onboarding.
• •Manage and track onboarding workflows using Notion, Jira, and Telegram.
• •Advise partners on tokenomics, launchpad mechanics, and fundraising strategies.
• •Work with internal teams to ensure onboarding success and optimize project readiness.

• •Deep understanding of Launchpad operations, Tokenomics, and project fundraising dynamics.
• •Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• •Highly organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
• •Proficient with Notion, Jira, and Telegram.
• •Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, decentralized team.
• •Bonus: Existing network of Web3 founders, launchpads, or crypto VCs.
• •Experience working inside a launchpad or incubator.
• •Familiarity with smart contracts and token deployments.
