Overview

What you'll do

  • β€’Preparation, coordination, and signing of contracts, non-disclosure agreements, acts, and other documents;
  • β€’Development of strategic technology partners in product areas: specification calculations, deal and quota formation, PL updates, responding to requests, etc. Sales forecasting for technology partners;
  • β€’Calculation of product line specifications, formation of individual commercial offers;
  • β€’Assistance in preparing reports/analytics and forecasts for strategic products;
  • β€’Support in organizing conferences, events, business breakfasts, meetings with clients;
  • β€’Drafting and coordinating official letters in response to team requests;
  • β€’Monitoring competitions on ETP and preparing reports;
  • β€’Assistance in preparing and conducting presentations;
  • β€’Communication with colleagues from other teams (finance, legal, etc.) within the company;
  • β€’Support in resolving organizational issues;
  • β€’Arrangement of business trips (submitting requests, booking tickets, hotel reservations, taxi arrangements), preparing reports (representative, travel expenses).
