What you'll do
- •Own a book of high-priority institutional client relationships end-to-end, from onboarding through ongoing account management.
- •Drive client adoption and trading volume growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- •Partner with Sales, Trading, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to resolve complex client needs.
- •Lead product demonstrations and technical walkthroughs with clients.
- •Execute disciplined pipeline and account management in CRM.
- •Shape Coinbase's institutional product roadmap by distilling client feedback.
