Key Responsibilities

Requirements

What You Bring

  • โ€ข4+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, customer success, or client-facing roles in fintech or web3.
  • โ€ขFamiliarity with stablecoins or crypto-native financial infrastructure.
  • โ€ขAbility to build relationships and upsell.
  • โ€ขComfort working with APIs, data outputs, or technical teams to troubleshoot client issues.
  • โ€ขStrong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • โ€ขAbility to translate technical products into clear conversations with clients.
