Financial close and reporting
- •Own and execute month-end and year-end close activities across multiple legal entities.
- •Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, adjustments, and reconciliations.
- •Maintain an accurate and complete general ledger.
- •Support the preparation of financial statements and statutory reporting.
- •Ensure reporting deadlines are consistently met without compromising quality.
Accounting excellence
- •Review balance sheet and P&L accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- •Investigate variances and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- •Maintain strong accounting controls and compliance with internal policies.
- •Support the implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- •Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and reporting requirements.
Process improvement
- •Identify opportunities to simplify and improve close-related processes.
- •Drive standardization across accounting activities and legal entities.
- •Partner with stakeholders to improve data quality and financial workflows.
- •Support automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
Cross-functional collaboration
- •Partner closely with Revenue, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Tax, and other Finance teams.
- •Support external auditors by preparing schedules, documentation, and explanations.
- •Communicate accounting matters clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- •Help build reliable financial information that supports business decision-making.

Must-have
- •4–5+ years of experience in General Ledger accounting, financial reporting, or audit.
- •Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and core accounting principles.
- •Hands-on experience managing month-end close and account reconciliations.
- •Experience working with multiple legal entities or complex accounting structures.
- •Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with accounting systems or ERPs.
- •Strong analytical thinking with exceptional attention to detail.
- •Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
